A Will is a document that sets out a number of things, such as who you would like your estate to pass to and in what proportions. It also deals with important other matters such as who will administer your estate, funeral wishes, who is appointed to look after your children and legacies to people or causes that are close to your heart.
Many people have incorrect assumptions about how their estate will pass if they don't have a Will. If you die without a Will, the Government has set out how your estate will pass which may not be as you wish.
